1. Shipping Destinations & Rates

We currently ship to the Netherlands, the European Union, and the United Kingdom.

European Union
€9.95 standard shipping · Free on orders over €160
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

United Kingdom
€16.95 standard shipping · Free on orders over €200
Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days

All shipments are fully tracked.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link.

Shipping fees are shown at checkout before payment.

For orders shipped within the EU from our Netherlands stock, no additional customs or VAT charges apply.

Some products displayed on our website may be part of an upcoming curated drop and will be available from July 2026.

2. Processing & Delivery Times

In-Stock items are dispatched from Europe within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are provided at checkout.

Order-Made items are prepared on demand and shipped from overseas after an order is placed. As production schedules differ by brand, delivery timelines may vary. Estimated lead times are provided for guidance on each product page, and we will keep you informed should there be any updates to your order.

3. Customs, Duties & VAT

For deliveries within the EU, VAT is included where applicable. Orders shipped to the UK or other non-EU destinations may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or handling fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. All items are shipped in secure, discreet packaging and are insured until delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@maketcurate.com and we will assist you promptly.
