Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Maket Studio, we want you to love your new jewelry. If a piece isn't quite right, we are here to help you find the perfect match or provide a refund.

1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be postmarked within this window to be eligible.

2. Eligibility & Condition

To protect the quality of our pieces, we can only accept returns that meet the following criteria:

  • Original Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including branded boxes and pouches).

  • Security Tags: If your item arrived with a security tag attached, it must still be intact. Removal of the tag voids the return policy.

  • Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty. Custom-made or engraved pieces are final sale.

3. The Return Process

  1. Request a Return: Email us at support@makecurate.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Approval: Once approved, we will send you a Return Authorization code and the return shipping address.

  3. Shipping: We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return transit.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customer Choice: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Faulty Items: If the item arrives damaged or is incorrect, Maket Studio will provide a pre-paid shipping label.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 3–5 business days of arrival), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

  • Please note that shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
