Delivery times may vary slightly depending on destination and local courier services.
Q. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link.
Q. Will I need to pay customs or VAT upon delivery?
Orders shipped from our Netherlands stock to customers within the European Union do not incur additional customs or VAT charges upon delivery.
For orders to the United Kingdom, local duties or taxes may apply depending on the shipping method and customs regulations.

Q. What is the difference between “Coming Soon” and “Back in July”?

These pieces are part of our new upcoming collection, arriving in July 2026.
They have not yet been released and are currently shown as a preview of what’s next. -
Back in July
These are pieces from our pilot collection that were previously available and will return in July 2026 once we resume operations from the Netherlands.
Quantities for returning items will remain limited.
Q. Will the “Back in July” items be the same pieces as before?
Yes — these are selected pieces from our pilot collection that will be available again from July 2026, subject to remaining stock.
Q. Will the “Coming Soon” items be available in July?
Yes — these are part of our new collection release, curated to launch in July 2026.
Q. Can I purchase these items now?
At the moment, all products are displayed as a preview while our operations are temporarily paused.
Purchases will reopen in July 2026.
Orders & Returns
Q. Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
Q. Do you accept returns?
Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and returned in its original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
